Chris Bulman
Managing Director

Chris manages and drives the strategic direction of iToolsOnline. As a founding member of iToolsOnline, Chris knows the importance of building long term business relationships and working with clients to produce solutions that are commercially viable and focus on delivering immediate value.

Chris also understands the complex workings of the corporate environment and was submerged in its grasp for over ten years working in New Zealand and the United Kingdom before the entrepreneurial spirit took hold.
His skills extend the technology field and have seen him in the past creating markets in the United States for products as varied as Purple wheat from New Zealand's Canterbury plains and a machine used in the double-glazing industry called a tongue-twisting Polyisobutelyene Extruder.

Chris loves to mountain bike and keeps harping on about the Coast-to-Coast he did a couple of times a long while ago, loves to jump on the trampoline with his three monsters (kids) and eat ice creams on the beach.

Ray Matthews
General Manager of Sales

Ray joined the iToolsOnline team in 2007 and leads the growing sales team of iToolsOnline Business Managers. He is known around the office as TBG (The Big Guy) and is responsible for domestic and overseas revenue through iToolsOnline, the iToolsOnline Business Manager Licence Program and iToolsOnline Strategic Partners.

Ray is a commercial guy (no really techy questions please) and has spent a large part of his career in Telecoms & IT in Europe working with France Telecom, Cisco Systems, the UK National Computing Centre, IBM and several UK Government departments.

He is enjoying growing the business & building a solid team at itoolsonline and plays an active part in supporting and training the iToolsOnline Business Managers - jumping at any opportunity to sit in on a meeting and never wants to be too far away from the needs of our customers.

At the week-ends, Ray makes the most of outings with the family, social get-togethers and diving into a whole range of cultural activities. Quieter moments are spent relaxing with a movie and his exotic pet (just don’t ask because he normally carries pictures!), music collection, or daydreaming about taking his mint, delivery mileage S204 (finally unleashed from storage after two years) out for a spin. Only five of these road-rockets in NZ, and he still hasn’t driven it!

Daniel Gray
General Manager of Product Development

Daniel manages the daily iToolsOnline operations and strategy implementation. Not only does Daniel look after Product & Technical environments, but also the License & Customer Support.

Daniel and his team are ideally suited to supporting our customers' specific business needs. And, yes, they 'dog-food' the product that they build.

When not managing everything operational at iToolsOnline, Daniel likes to recharge in the tranquillity of his Westie haven in the Waitakeres.

Bryan Hemi
Key Account Manager

Some people understand computers and some understand people; Bryan understands both. He knows the nuts and bolts of the iToolsOnline products, but can still talk to you about your business needs in a language you understand.

Bryan joined iToolsOnline after 13 successful years in technical and non-technical roles in the engineering, technology, finance and telecommunications industries. This experience has given Bryan extensive knowledge of technology - with a very real understanding of doing business with customers from a variety of industries.

Whanau is very important to Bryan and you can often find him in the waves with his boys on the boogey board.

Nathan Smith
Development Team Leader - Black Opps

Nathan is the Development Manager (Black Opps) and manages iToolsOnline’s team of specialised programmers. He is directly responsible for the development and implementation of many of iToolsOnline’s customer enhancements and our agile approach to life. He also has substantial computer networking and systems administration skills and has designed much of the technical infrastructure that runs iToolsOnline.

Nathan has a huge desire to learn and is consistently looking for operational improvements to his team and the various other areas within iToolsOnline.

Nathan spends most of his spare time chasing (or being chased by) his rugrat Jessica.

William Winter
Marketing Executive

William is the Marketing Executive for iToolsOnline. He has particularly enjoyed the challenge of helping to create a very unique identity for iToolsOnline that clearly differentiates it.

He is in charge of continuing to develop the iToolsOnline brand and marketing strategy and is directly responsible for designing and implementing different lead generation strategies within the organization.

You can often find William at the local park having a kick with his mates, which he uses as a good excuse to have a few cold ones later.

Jodi Eagle
Customer Relationship Manager

Jodi joined iToolsOnline in 2005 and is iToolsOnline’s Customer Service Manager. She has built from the ground up the team of Account Managers that project manages customer projects and provides ongoing support to iToolsOnline’s client base.

Jodi has been responsible for much of iToolsOnline’s development in the customer service area and brings a fresh and innovative approach to customer service.

Her mantra is, “treat people (staff & customers) as people – don’t treat people as numbers.” Jodi is passionate about fantastic service and nothing puts a bigger smile on her face than a happy customer!

Jodi has recently become a mum to beautiful Caitlin and is loving the new challenge she has bought to her life.
